2025 (April) - Bottom Paint renewed under warranty - Hemple Silicone paint. Anchor chain painted at 25-foot intervals. 2025 (March) - Gelcoat touch-ups - chips and bubbles. Replaced Port trim tab actuator  2025 (March) - Engines annual service. Oil samples, oil changed, oil filters, primary and secondary fuel filters, air filters, CCV filter, engine zinc anodes. Generator annual service. Oil samples, replaced oil, oil filter, primary and secondary fuel filters, impeller. Outboard annual service. Interior Features and Description

General:

Interior wood - "Oak" finish Alpi wood (Light blond), with floors in dark brown veneer with marine-grade plywood. Carpets - clip-on grey carpet runnners in salon, galley and steps to cabins, with dark brown wood underneath. In cabins, the carpet is clip-on as well but simple marine-grade playwood underneath. Layout - 2 cabins, 2 heads. The Primary cabin is mid ship, accessed near the Galley, and has it's own ensuite head. Forward, down four steps is the VIP cabin, and the Day/VIP Head is accessible from the hallway or the VIP cabin. Air Conditioning/ Reverse Cycle Heating - Controls in Salon/Galley, Primary cabin and VIP cabin. Cell phone booster - Added Shakespeare Super Halo cell booster. Supports Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, 5 band 2G/3G/4G. (Added Dec. 2020)

Galley:

The galley is immediately when you enter the interior, with the L-shaped counter to starboard, and the fridge/freezer and microwave to port. This gives you perfect access when using either the salon or cockpit to entertain.

Countertops - Off-white Corian countertops, with metal trim louvers. Tall stainless steel backsplash. Stovetop - Kenyon electric 2-burner stove Microwave/Convection Oven - Cuisinart Sink - Stainless-steel single sink Refrigerator/Freezer - Vitrifrigo 6.71 Cu. Ft. standing fridge with freezer compartment. Hidden by Oak Alpi wood.  Storage - Under counter: 4 large drawers, one very large drawer, garbage storage. Above counter, behind some beautiful lacquered dark grey panels, two cubbies.

Salon:

The salon is past the galley, with the U-shaped settee to port. There is a shelf accross from the settee that has counter space, the TV, and a large bar underneath.

Air Conditioning/Heating - Controls and Outlet by the settee. Sound System - Fusion MS-AV700i with Bluetooth capacity Settee - U-shaped settee, sits 5 easily. Cream leatherette upholstery.  Table - The table is in Oak with a vinyl insert when closed. Can be opened for double width and length. Can be lowered and inset, with a cushion topper that matches the settee to make into a day lounger or bed for two. TV - Samsung 28-inch smart TV, mounted on bracket across from settee. Bar - Under the TV is a storage with plexiglass doors that will house a full complement of bottles and glasses. Windows - Nearly 360 glass views, with manually-opening windows to port and starboard. Cup holders - 2, forward of settee

Helm Station:

The helm station is located to starboard, by the settee, and comfortably sits one. There is an opening window to communicate outside and for air.

Helm Chair - Dark grey matte finish settee, sits one. The back rest can be swivelled to face towards the settee.  Engine Displays - Volvo engine display. Will read rpm, speed, oil pressure, battery voltage, fuel burn, distance to empty, etc. The Raymarine chartplotter has updated wiring to read engine data and fuel tank capacity. Joystick - Volvo Penta joystick for docking and maneuvering.  Shifter - Volvo Penta shifter, with station select, throttle only mode. Engine controls - Ignition, start/stop, with lock feature using key fob. RPM Gauges - Analog, with displays inside to cycle through data and read any alarms Windlass Controls - Quick brand, with up/down switches and display to read chain count. Charplotter - Raymarine Hybrid Touch eSeries, has PNW charts updated as of April 2025. Forward VIP Cabin:

The forward VIP cabin features a custom Queen-sized island berth, with two steps to get up easily. The cabin is nicely appointed in oak wood, with carpet pads for most of the flooring. There are nice flat surfaces around the bed for your things, and lots of cabinetry for storage.

There is a direct door to the forward head.

Forward Head:

The Forward Head is accessible from the hallway just down the stairs, or from the forward cabin, through two doors. It's split into two spaces, the vanity area and the shower stall with electric head.

Primary Cabin (midship):

The Primary cabin is located midship and is full beam. There is a separate set of stairs to port, just before the settee in the salon, to access this cabin and the ensuite head. When you come down the stairs, there is the king size bed with custom mattress with the top of the bed on the starboard side. To port is a vanity storage, with hanging locker and three cubbies, and forward is the head. 

Air Conditioning/Heating - CruiseaAir Anchor drift alarm - Vesper Marine anchor drift alarm, will monitor with GPS if your vessel is drifting at anchore and sound an audible alarm, and on a phone or ipad. Flooring - Carpet, Grey/Beige, removable for cleaning. Berth -  King-sized custom HMC brand mattress, with custom bed sheets Storage - Under bed, at the head of the bed, by bed side, and vanity to port Hanging locker Opening port - 2 small hatches within the large windows, to port and starboard.

Midship Head (Inside Midship Cabin):

The Midship Head has two separate sections, the vanity and storage area, and the shower stall thats enclosed by a plexiglass door, with the toilet in it. The shower compartement has a seat and natural light from a small opening port.

Exterior Features and Description

Hull and Deck:

The Prestige 420 is a modern sedan-style vessel, with a large swim platform that can be hydraulically lowered to hoist a tender. Stepping into the large cockpit is a forward facing settee for 5-6, with a teak table that can be opened. There are large mirrored sliding doors to get inside. From the cockpit you can access via a stainless steel and teak step angled ladder the flybridge. The flybridge is an inviting space with a siting area, a helm station, bar and sunpad.

To go to the foredeck you have a wide walkway to port or starboard, with plenty of railing. The foredeck has a large sunpad that is split into three sections. 

Bottom Pain - Hemple Silicon paint (Done April 2025) Decks -  Teak decking in cockpit and swim platform, non-skid in remainder of the deck and on the flybridge Drop-down swim platform - Hydraulic, with removable brackets for tender. This platform can go a couple of feat underwater, so you can drive up with the tender, position the tender over the platform and bring the platform up to pick up the tender. Tender - 2019 Apex 11 A-11 RIB with Tohatsu 20HP, with boat cover (Outboard serviced last March 2025)

Aft Cockpit:

Settee - Centerline, settee for 5-6, with grey cushions with storage underneath. Has a wood varnished table that folds in half. Has a cover or cushions can stored inside. Storage bon on one side and space for a liferaft or anything else to the other. Decking - Teak Fiberglass roof - Covering half the cockpit Speakers - 2 x Bose Wash-down connection Controls for swim platform Joystick docking station - Volvo Penta joystick, controls both engines, to Starboard Large access hatch to the engine room. Hot/cold water shower Ship's bell Bracket to install BBQ or rod holder

Foredeck:

Sunpad - 3 dark beige pads, the middle section lifts up to open the VIP cabin hatch. has a cover. Windlass Ground tackle - 300 feet of chain, just repainted every 25 feet. Chain locker  4 fender holders See-through shade covers for the windshield, and salon side windows

Flybridge/Upper Helm:

Accessible from the cockpit via a set of stairs made of stainless steel and teak, the flybridge is an inviting space to drive and hang out. There's a helm station immediately to port, with chartplotter, autopilot controls, stereo, engine gauges and more. Next to it is a large sunpad. Further aft is console that houses the electric BBQ under a lid, and a fridge. Finally, there is an L-shaped settee in the starboard-aft corner, with a table that opens up. Also features a bimini top with lighting intergrated.

Generator - Cummins Model 6MDKBJ-1100C. 688.5 hours as of 6/6/25. (Last service March 2025) Inverter/Charger - Victron MultiPlus 12/3000/120MP (Added April 2023) Back up Charger - When the owners upgraded to the Victron Inverver/Charger, they left the original one installed and ready to use as a back up if necesary. Batteries (Main) - 2 x Lifeline AGM Group 31 (Replaced March 2023) Batteries (House) - 3 x Lifeline AGM Group 31 12V, 125Amp (75 Lifeline AGM) (Replaced June 2023) Battery Monitor - Victron BMV 712 smart battery monitor with shunt (Added March 2020) Remote battery monitor - Victron Cerbo GX (Added April 2023) Battery and electrical system monitoring display - Victron GX Touch 50 (Added April 2023)
